About the Artist
Thea Lynn Paul retired from a twenty year legal career where the written word was the focus, and has found a new passion. In 2005 she joined the Bow Valley Calligraphy Guild and immersed herself in calligraphy. While her predominant interest is lettering, she also enjoys exploring principles of design and techniques in watercolour, acrylic painting, collage and book making. She loves colour and texture, using both to create pieces that incorporate the interplay of text with art. Thea lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. You can find more of her artwork at www.thealynnpaul.com.
